After a year and a half of unemployment, I got two great jobs offers in one week. One requires me to move 3 hrs south to Portland OR but is at a university, the other allows me to stay in Seattle near friends and family, providing comfort and security during these challenging times. Bought some inexpensive salmon.. woke up feeling weird?

Ok I know I shouldn't have bought the inexpensive salmon... but it was at cub foods which i haven't gotten bad stuff from before. So next time I will go somewhere else for salmon... HOWEVER we eat it and it was just ok not the best quality... and we woke up feeling really grogy, feeling almost drugged. After a shower I felt a little better but I just feel all over tired when I swear I got a good nights sleep. My boyfriend feels the same way except he didn't feel better after a shower he still about 19 hrs later still feels out of it. Could there have been a higher amount of mercury in the cheap salmon? What can he do to feel better if that is the case? Is it possible to connect an active subwoofer directly to a computer without a receiver or amplifier?

I have 2.0 active speakers and I want more bass so I found the Yamaha YST-SW012. The subwoofer has one input and it is a subwoofer cable input, which i think is a 1x RCA (correct me if I'm wrong). I plan to get a 3.5 mm adapter for this RCA and I would like to connect it directly to my computer in parellel with my 2.0 active speakers using a splitter. Will this set-up work or is it absolutely necessary that I have to get a reciever. Some friends gifted me a JL 10" W7 but since I don't have any car amplifier, and/or I am willing to spend money on boxes, batteries and whatsoever I thought it would be cool to unscrew my Yamaha YST-SW216 subwoofer (which has a 100W pre-amplifier and dual coils) and swap it with the W7 to then amp it from both the pre-amplifier and my Yamaha AX-397 receiver (2x100W @ 4ohms). Could that work? The Yamaha sub is rated at 8 Ohms by the way.

How do I prevent the skin on my feet from getting extremely bad calluses?

I play tennis 5.5-7 hrs a day and I have soft feet so when I sweat a lot my feet get wet and hot and I am also banging on my feet lots because of the intense tennis. I have nice shoes that help and I sometimes even switch my socks in between matches and such but I usually dont have enough time to walk around in flip flops to air out my feet. It is hard because the courts get hot and there is nothing I can do when my feet start hurting in the middle of a point. Also, last year I played about 2-3 hrs a day and I was good to my feet like I am now but I got giant calluses that tore away at my heel and front sole. Like literally a good layer of the cushy part of my foot peeled off. I am very worried because I Have only been player for 2.5 week this summer and they are already starting to hurt a lot! Wow, you are so full of bull. But you sound good. Maybe before you judge a system you should have first hand experience in trying to live it. The Star Parkers of this world are few & far between. She just happened to be smart enough to figure she could make better money getting paid to claim she's a former welfare queen. Except for places like CA & NY welfare payments run from a little under $300. a month to less than $500. with only $50. a month more per child. Public housing is a joke as are most of the HUD funded rentals. The cities & most HUD landlords get a fortune from the govt. for rentals they couldn't pay someone to live in otherwise. Then for that minor amt. they have to work 4 hrs. a day, 5 days a week in grunt jobs that give them no training. Even food stamps only average out to about $25. a week. Welfare is like our health care system. We put bandages on gangrenous, oozing wounds & then beat them down with words that cut deep. I do volunteer work for a homeless shelter & mission. I've seen how worthless & ashamed people feel because they have to ask for help. I've also seen those made bitter because of being judged by those like you who have never walked a mile in their shoes.Many states don't give any benefits beyond food stamps to adults unless they have a minor child. They also have to practically tell their whole life story & prove it to even get benefits with a child. To do this they have to go to various people including neighbours to sign papers that everything is true. So again they have to be humiliated in front of neighbours in hope of getting help. By no means is everything automatic. Would you work for what amounts to about $4. an hr. & still have to put up with the humiliation of people thinking you're lazy & worthless? You don't need a critique, you need to get some real life experience instead of believing what sounds good.

If i am on pretrial diversion can i finish and submit the paperwork for my suppressor (class 3 firearms)?

i'm on pretrial diversion (been charged not convicted) for criminal damage to property 2nd degree. classified as a felony at the beginning but on my forms the probation officer guy filled it out as a misdemeanor. the stipulations are that i stay in the PTD program under the supervision of said prob. officer for a year. i am to complete 40 hrs of community service and complete the drug and alcohol assessment to see if i am an addict. i already did the D&A assessment and i need no treatment. so would i need to wait until the 12 months is up to file my paperwork so it doesn't get denied? my lawyer says he thinks i am ok to do it now. i just don't want to leave my supp. at the gun store anymore. paid it off in august last year then got in trouble and had to get them to stop the paperwork. please don't refer me to the ATF as all they do is transfer your phone call around in a circle until you get an answering machine that they apparently don't listen to messages from. basically only if you have legitimate knowledge of this subject should you respond. i swear if anybody says silencers are illegal to own im gonna crap a brick.

Can i use a powered subwoofer?

I have a panasonic home theatre system model sa-ht650. The subwoofer that came with it sucks. I was looking to buy a powered subwoofer for it. The problem i am having is there is no sub out jack on the back of my receiver. I do have a spot for a sub that uses a speaker wire. The sub i have now is not powered and there is a single speaker wire running from the sub to the receiver. are there any options that i have. i was looking at this subwoofer to buy. Yamaha YST-SW216 100W Front-Firing Subwoofer. the reason why i ask again is because 2 people said it would work using the front l&r speaker terminals then run the front l&r speakers off the sub. another person said i can not use a powered subwoofer with this theatre system because it was a low end model. if you google the model # sa-ht650 the second link down will give you the complete owners manual. thanks for your help!

I smoked weed yesterday, getting drug tested in 2 hrs. I kept drinking water to dilute my urine and i ate a lot so i wont burn the THC contaminated fat (or at least i hope). To hide the dilution i just taken 10 500mg vitamin B supplement so my piss will be yellow when i submit my urine. I am a HEAVY smoker,smoke like an Oz a week. So, I met this guy in a psych class last semester, and he asked for my cell # so we could study together. I started hanging out with him more, and he's been doing some weird stuff. How many usage hours should I get on my iPhone 4?

I'm wondering how many hours of usage I should get on my new iPhone 4. I've had it for about 6 days, and I'm getting about 6 hours of usage and 8 hours of standby. Pregnant or just birth control pill?

Hi ive been on the pill two weeks and two days now....the week i first started taking the pill after 8 days i have unprotected sex and he did not *** in me but there is always a possiblity for pre ***. hello everyone, hope someone can help me!!!! i currently have 2 jobs and i think i am getting taxed far too much. i work at one job doing 110 hrs a month and getting minimum wage and on my 2nd job i do 64 hrs at �6.42. what should i be getting taxed a month before i ring up the tax office. thanks nicola

I farted infront of everybody?

i was in a mall and it was busy there was a huge crowd there and lots of ppl so i had to use the bathroom but ppl wouldnt move so i stood ina corner and farted and farted for 3 hrs straight.then the manager asked whats that horrible smell i said i farted for 3 hrs and he kicked me out and everyone started leaving becuz my ffart smelled rlly bad then the manager kicked me out and i farted in his mouth hes in the hospital right now idk if hes gonna make it i feel bad what shuld i do.?
